Mötley Crüe Frontman Vince Neil’s Representative Shares Update on His Aircraft Involved in Arizona Crash

On February 10, 2025, a tragic incident occurred at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona involving a private jet owned by Mötley Crüe’s lead singer, Vince Neil. The Learjet 35A veered off the runway during landing and collided with a parked Gulfstream G-200 business jet. Neil was not aboard the aircraft at the time of the accident.

The collision resulted in one fatality and multiple injuries. Among the injured were Neil’s girlfriend, Rain Andreani, and her friend, both of whom sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The pilot of the Learjet tragically lost their life, while the co-pilot and other passengers were hospitalized.

Vince Neil’s representative, Worrick Robinson IV, issued an official statement regarding the incident:

“On board Mr. Neil’s plane were two pilots and two passengers. Mr. Neil was not on the plane. Mr. Neil’s thoughts and prayers go out to everyone involved, and he is grateful for the critical aid of all the first responders assisting today.”

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are conducting investigations to determine the cause of the accident. Preliminary reports suggest that a failure in the Learjet’s left main landing gear may have contributed to the crash.

The runway at Scottsdale Airport was temporarily closed following the incident but has since been reopened. Authorities continue to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash.

This tragic event has prompted an outpouring of condolences from the community and fellow musicians. Bret Michaels, frontman of the rock band Poison and a close friend of Neil, expressed his sympathies in a Facebook post, stating:
