On February 10, 2025, a private jet owned by Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil was involved in a fatal accident at Scottsdale Municipal Airport in Arizona. The Learjet 35A veered off the runway during landing, colliding with a parked Gulfstream G-200. Tragically, one of the pilots aboard the Learjet lost their life, while three others sustained injuries, including Neil’s girlfriend, Rain Hannah, and her friend. Vince Neil was not on board at the time of the incident.
Surveillance footage captured the moment the Learjet lost control upon landing, leading to the collision. Initial reports suggest that a failure in the left main landing gear may have contributed to the accident. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has initiated an investigation to determine the exact cause.
